OFFICE HOURS: Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We have extended hours during our peak season, please check with our office 1-800 828-2223

 

EXTRA GUEST: Your party must not exceed the accommodation limit for your condo. Extra guest exceeding the limit will not be allowed and will immediately terminate our agreement with you without refund.

 

CANCELLATION: Full refund less $35.00 bookkeeping charge if you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival date, 30 days or less you will forfeit your deposit. Stays 30 nights or more cancellation is 90 days. We do not refund for shortened stays.

 

SALES: Each of our rental units is privately owned. Owners place them with us for management. Every unit is decorated and equipped to suit the owners tastes. They are fully furnished and equipped with basic cooking and eating utensils, linens (sheets, pillow cases, wash cloths and towels). An initial setup of soap and toilet paper is provided. All units come with color TV and basic cable and all utilities are paid. We are unable to guarantee appliances or air conditioners, due to unforeseen circumstances. Owners try to keep them in good working order but the salt air causes sudden failures. All appliances will be repaired as quickly as possible.

 

At one time or another every unit we manage is put on the market to be sold. We have no control over this decision of the owner. If the unit you have reservations for, sells, we will notify you as soon as possible and assist you in locating another unit. Our liability only extends to refunding the full amount paid on the reservation.

 

TOWEL EXCHANGE: You may exchange your towels daily between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at no charge, does not apply to 30 nights or more. Bed linens may be exchanged at a small fee.

 

CHECK IN: Check in time begins at 4:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation. If you have not paid in full and anticipate arriving after 7:00 p.m., week days or 5:00 p.m. week ends, the office will be closed and you must make prior arrangements.

 

CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10:00 a.m. All we ask is that you clean the dishes and put the trash in the dumpster. We will take care of the rest.

 

CONDOS THAT STATE NO PETS OR NON-SMOKING means exactly that and may cause termination of this agreement without refund if violated.

 

30 NIGHTS OR MORE RENTALS: We do not accept credit cards.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a security deposit for each reservation less than 30 nights. This is refundable as long as nothing has been broken, missing, or soiled.

 

LINEN SET UP FEE: Efficiency and 1 Bedroom $35.00, 2 Bedrooms $45.00, 3 Bedrooms $55.00, 4 Bedrooms $70.00 plus tax. This includes linens, bath and hand towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, first set up of toilet paper and soap.

 

PROCESSING FEE: $20.00
