Summer of 1991 Sharon Partain and Janice Thorp started AACE Enterprises, Inc., dba AACE Condo Rentals.  Late 1991 started construction at 4901 Padre Blvd. moved in the office February 1992.  AACE had a total of 2 condos at the time; we now manage 90 condos.  Jan and I did a little bit of everything to get the business started from hanging wallpaper for owners, answering the phones and cleaning the condos ourselves.  We have always been very selective about the properties we manage.  Our goal from the beginning was to have the cleanest and nicest condos.   If the guest has a pleasant stay they will return to AACE.  We have a very friendly and helpful staff.
